Syscon has been providing high quality and reliable calibration services to our customers. Our commitment is towards accuracy, reliability, high quality, and service.
Syscon performs calibration of various electronic sensors and digital instruments using universally adopted standard procedures.
Syscon is committed to comply with the statutory requirements of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 standard. ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is our assurance that our work meets the highest standards including :Documented and controlled procedures
Conforming to ISO/IEC 17025 we undertake calibration of instruments of various mechanical parameters:
| Mechanical Parameters | |
|---|---|
| Pressure | Air Leak Tester ( Low & High Pressure), Pressure Sensor with Indicators, Digital & Analogue Pressure Gauges, Manometers |
| Force | Load Cell With Indicator, Uniaxial Testing Machine, Compression Testing Machine |
| Torque | Torque Sensor With Indicator |
| Dimension | Displacement Sensor With Indicator, LVDT, Dial Gauge |
| Vacuum | Vacuum Sensor with indicator, Digital & Analogue Vacuum Gauges, Manometers |
| Flow Parameters | |
| Air Flow | Flow Meter , Laminar Flow Meter, Rotameter, Leak Master, Flow Switch |
We also specialize in customized calibration for any type of transducer/ instrument/ test benches to suit specific customer requirements.
Now you don't have to ship your instrument to us, or stop your production line; we come to your premises and calibrate your instruments. Our on site calibration services are available for any region, location, or industry.
Contact our on-site calibration services coordinator to discuss a program for your facility.
Syscon takes up servicing, Maintenance / periodic maintenance of Electronic Instruments and transducers manufactured by Syscon Instruments - the parent Company and we are authorized Repair and Calibration Centre for all Fukuda Products in India Most of the Service activity is presently carried out from in-house facility at Bangalore, but Service Engineers are periodically deputed to site for on-site service in case of emergencies.
Syscon is interested in taking up Annual Maintenance/ Calibration Contracts in a big way.
Our goal is to have more and more customers to go in for this facility so that down time is reduced.

Force (N) is a quantity capable of changing the size, shape, or motion of an object. It is a vector quantity and, as such, it has both direction and magnitude.
Pressure ( p or P) is the force applied perpendicular to the surface of an object per unit area over which that force is distributed
Torque (N-m). is the rotational equivalent of linear force. It is also referred to as the moment, moment of force, rotational force or turning effect, depending on the field of study. It represents the capability of a force to produce change in the rotational motion of the body.
Air flow (ml/min) is the movement of air. The primary cause of airflow is the existence of air. Air behaves in a fluid manner, meaning particles naturally flow from areas of higher pressure to those where the pressure is lower. Atmospheric air pressure is directly related to altitude, temperature, and composition..
Dimensional (mm) measurement is to know and quantify the size and shape of things. It involves lengths and angles as well as geometrical properties such as flatness and straightness.
